Mioko – We met weekly at her condo clubhouse.

I did reduce 2kg for two weeks when I started Lisa’s exercise.
I just surprised because I did exercise by treadmill for me it’s 2 times each week before starting the exercise but it was not working.
This is first time to reduce my weight.
So that now I understand using the muscle and burning fat is really good at reducing weight.

The exercise is not easy, I mean it is hard but it is really cool so that I could enjoy the time with Lisa.
I can be satisfied with myself when I did the exercise I think it’s the secret to keep continue.

The reason why I start to do exercise is that coming to be curvy body and making muscles upper body.   So I wanted to keep doing the exercise more more more!

Lisa – yes, it’s more about me

Hello my name is, Lisa Ryan.  
Since 1990 I’ve been a BIG and happy LOSER —- of 45 pounds!  I tried things that didn’t work like many people do.  I finally figured out what worked and that is consistency.
Now, after 20-years of training, over half of which are fitness training, I have consistently kept (most of) the weight off by making exercise fun and by eating satisfying meals that taste good! When I became a personal trainer, I earned awards like “Trainer of the Month” and have been “Trainer of the Year” for 4-years.  I helped people consistently lose weight, get stronger, train for marathons, prepare for surgeries,  be able to play with kids or grand kids; I even trained a heart transplant patient and a plane crash survivor. 
The best thing I do is to teach you!  I teach you how to have fun exercising and with my experience as a personal chef, I teach you to try healthy foods that are great tasting so that your results last you a lifetime.  
My best client is someone who has tried classes, had or has a gym membership and who wants  help without getting hurt.
